This word has been bounced around lately and since I'm consumed with fitness and fashion, this Athliesure word simply makes sense. Seven days a week, sometimes multiple ensembles per day, fitness gear and out-and-about attire are forced to cross paths in my everyday life. I am going back and forth between the gym, the market, dog walks, coffee shops, and my sewing studio(in my house). I don't have time to change outfits every time I transition between places. My outfit needs to consist of versatility, functional pieces, and a unique style.
My go-to pieces are training/yoga pants, a high-impact sports bra, layered with a tank and crop top or wrap. I'm not a fan of being cold so layers are a must. I never leave home without my Fitbit, Qalo ring, sneakers/flats. I toss on my E Chic Zen Carrier; mat, towel, water tucked inside, off we go! Found the cutest pair of Betabrand transition flats that double to adorable dinner or cocktail flats after yoga. Thinking these Flipslips are next on my wish list! They offer a ton of comfy women's pants acceptable at home and in public. Before the weather gets warm enough for that savvy purchase, I'm obsessed with the Work From Home Pants(check these out)! When I'm working from home it'd be easy to throw on pjs, but that's not practical when WFH turns into heading out for a dog walk or sweat session.
I think it's safe to say I'm in love with Athliesure wear. Clothing that gets me from point sweaty to point professional with no hassle.
